Nathan
R. Cecil
PRESIDENT
Nathan
R. Cecil graduated from Clemson University in
1986 with an undergraduate degree in Civil
Engineering. Upon serving 4 years as an officer
in the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Cecil returned to
Clemson and graduated in 1992 with a Masters
degree in Construction Management. Mr. Cecil
also oversees the management and administration
of all projects.
Jimmy
Williamson
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Jimmy
Williamson serves as Executive Vice President
for Thamer Construction, Inc. In addition to
being a project Superintendent on some of Thamer’s
larger projects, he is responsible for
overseeing the maintenance program of Thamer’s
equipment fleet as well as the selling /
purchasing of all construction equipment. Mr.
Williamson is the senior superintendent within
the organization, having joined Thamer
Construction in 1979.
Dale
Sigmon
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dale
Sigmon as Chief Executive Officer is responsible
for overseeing field management of multiple
projects, including Thamer’s larger projects.
Mr. Sigmon possesses over 30 years of construction
experience including over 25 years
of experience in municipal utility and plant
construction. Prior to joining Thamer
Construction, Inc. in 1981 he owned and operated
his own pipe line contracting business for
over a decade.
Hank
Merrill
CORPORATE SECRETARY
Hank
Merrill graduated from Auburn University in 1997
with an undergraduate degree in Building
Construction. Upon graduation, Mr. Merrill began his
career as a project manager for Thamer. In
addition to his duties as Corporate Secretary,
Hank has been the project manager on successful
water and wastewater plant project ranging
in size from $7 million to $26 million.
Sam
Speer
CORPORATE TREASURER
Sam
Speer graduated from Southern Polytechnic State
University in 2000 with an undergraduate degree in
Construction Management. Upon graduation, Mr.
Speer joined Thamer Construction and brought
his commercial building experience to the water/
wastewater industry. Mr. Speer serves as Project
Manager as well as Corporate Treasurer
for Thamer Construction, Inc.
